Description.
The Ecler MIA-81 is a compact, elegant column loudspeaker designed to deliver clear sound with minimal visual impact. Its single-piece aluminium enclosure helps reduce unwanted vibrations and mechanical stress, making it well suited to demanding permanent installations.
Featuring eight 1.5-inch drivers with a total 40W RMS rating, the MIA-81 uses a mini line-array configuration to provide controlled sound dispersion from a slim, discreet cabinet. It offers selectable 16Ω or 64Ω operation, with the impedance easily changed behind the front logo without removing the grille, simplifying setup for installers.
With an IP44 rating, the MIA-81 is suitable for indoor use and protected outdoor applications. Available in black or white, it blends neatly into a wide range of commercial and architectural environments.
The included FLATY wall bracket, made from stainless steel, allows the column to sit close to the wall and be adjusted to any position along its length. This provides added installation flexibility while maintaining a clean, unobtrusive finish. The MIA-81 is an ideal choice for hospitality venues, retail spaces, museums, galleries and other installations where design and sound quality go hand in hand.

We’re big fans of the Ecler MIA-81 for installations where you want clear sound from a speaker that doesn’t take up much space. Its slim aluminium column looks smart on the wall and is particularly well suited to shops, restaurants, offices and hospitality venues where the design of the room matters. We like the mini-array arrangement of eight small drivers, which helps provide broad horizontal coverage while keeping the vertical spread controlled. The adjustable FLATY wall bracket is another thoughtful touch, making it easier to position the speaker to suit the space. With an IP44 rating and a choice of black or white, the MIA-81 is a versatile option for both indoor and sheltered outdoor applications.
