The Ecler DROP6i is a 2-way, full-range pendant loudspeaker designed to deliver clear, well-balanced sound in commercial spaces. Its 6.5-inch driver and discreet styling make it ideal for background music and PA systems in shops, restaurants, cafés and other venues with high ceilings or open layouts.
With 75W power handling at 8Ω and a built-in 70/100V line transformer with selectable 60W, 30W, 15W and 7.5W taps, the DROP6i offers flexibility for a range of installation requirements. Available in high- and low-impedance configurations, it’s a versatile choice for commercial audio systems where sound quality and a clean, unobtrusive finish are equally important.

Getting decent sound coverage in a space with high ceilings can be a challenge, and that’s where we think the Ecler DROP6i works really well. By hanging the speaker down from the ceiling, you can get the sound closer to where it’s needed, rather than firing it down from a great height. We can see it working particularly well in shops, cafés, restaurants and open-plan spaces where wall mounting isn’t ideal.
