The Ecler DN44BOB is a 4-input, 4-output Dante™ audio over IP breakout box designed to connect analogue audio equipment to networked audio systems. It converts four analogue audio inputs into Dante™ digital audio channels for transmission over an Ethernet network, while also converting four Dante™ channels back into analogue outputs for connection to amplifiers, mixers and other audio devices.
Ideal for professional commercial audio and AV installations, the DN44BOB provides a straightforward way to integrate existing analogue equipment into a Dante™ network. It can be used with EclerNet products featuring Dante™ connectivity or as a standalone Dante™ interface with compatible audio equipment, offering flexibility when expanding or adapting an installation.
The DN44BOB also features four GPI control ports supporting 0–10 VDC and four GPO control ports with normally open/normally closed relays. These additional connections allow external control devices to be incorporated into the system, making the DN44BOB a useful solution for networked audio distribution, system integration and commercial sound installations.
