The Ecler BIO-X8G is an analogue audio and GPIO expansion interface designed to increase the capacity of an EclerPLEX digital audio matrix. Each unit adds eight analogue audio inputs, eight analogue audio outputs, eight GPI ports and eight GPO ports, providing extra connectivity for larger commercial audio and AV installations.
Up to two BIO-X8G units can be connected to a single EclerPLEX Host matrix, expanding the system to support up to 24 analogue audio inputs, 24 analogue audio outputs and 24 GPI plus 24 GPO control ports. This makes it easier for system integrators to scale audio routing and external control to suit the requirements of more complex installations.
With its additional audio connections and flexible GPIO control, the Ecler BIO-X8G expansion interface is ideal for expanding EclerPLEX systems in conference facilities, hospitality venues, offices, education environments and other commercial spaces where reliable audio distribution and integrated control are essential.
