Description.

The AD500 is a 4 x 125 W Class D multi-purpose installation amplifier in 1RU half rack unit with flexible power distribution among its four output channels power sharing up to 250W per channel driving both conventional low impedance (4Ω to 16Ω) loudspeakers and high impedance (70V/100V) transformer coupled loudspeakers or any mix of the two. The on board, state-of-the-art, full matrix, DSP engine can be configured to suit a wide range of tasks, without the need for additional equipment, to drive a wide range of loudspeaker systems. Everything you need is right there. The close integration of processing and amplification allows the DSP to monitor and better adapt to amplifier behaviour, making dynamics processing far more accurate and effective than that typically achieved with separate components. The active PFC (Power Factor Correction) power supply technology enables universal AC mains operation and delivers consistent, regulated power worldwide.
